When we started our building process with Lozen Developments, we were out of the country and purchased the home sight unseen. They built a single-family home for our family in Windsor Park, Edmonton. While we were unaware of their previous work, our experience with the company was unparallel due to their passion for building. There was no sales pitch, just a business that was truly customer focused and genuinely interested in delivering a quality house that met our needs.

Lozen Developments not only ensured that the completion date was obtained, they were ahead of schedule, always mindful of our moving date. Throughout the process, they safeguarded that we did not incur unnecessary costs and inconveniences and treated our budget with consideration. We received weekly email updates and photos and were completely transparent with their progression.

They were flexible, allowing finishes to be changed, upgraded, and worked with our designer in order for us to achieve our bespoke inclusions. Ray and his team worked tirelessly with us to make sure it was delivered promptly. In addition, the post-possession and warranty period service was always accessible and accomplished.

For professional reasons, we decided to sell the home in 2021 and requested Lozen Developments to aid us in the rennovation of our next home. Due to time constraints, they were unable to take on the job but Ray has been a constant source of information and guidance during the development.

Lozen Developments built a single family dwelling for our family in the Edmonton neighbourhood of Belgravia, with possession taken ahead of schedule and on budget in 2018. In choosing Lozen Developments, we were aware of their previous work over a number of years in the neighbourhood and of the high satisfaction of previous clients. Our experience of their service was excellent, with the following examples among many:

In 2020, our family returned to Australia for professional reasons, necessitating the sale of the home Lozen Developments constructed. As we were out of the country during the contract period, we were unable to personally attend to a small number of follow-up items arising from the building inspection. At no cost to us, Ray Stuive from Lozen Developments addressed all items, allowing the conditions to be removed for the sale to proceed. Our realtor noted that the level of after-sales service provided was atypical and exceptional in the industry, and we were personally grateful for Ray’s support. We have moved into the house built by Lozen developments 5 years ago. The house has excellent quality, the structure seems very sturdy and the finishings are visually appealing and have good quality. We bought this house when the building was almost completed, and due to it, we only had a chance to make a few choices of finishes and appliances, but the design was very much alike to what we always had imagined for a long-term house to raise our family. The house had a few “extras* which made it even more attractive to us, such as a wine room and a steam shower, in addition to a two-sides fireplace in main floor and in the bedroom suite. The rooms are large and bright, the hard wood and the cabinets excel in appearance and quality.

In addition, as any new home, we had some few little issues, nothing major, when we first moved in. Ray Stuive was always very present and attentive on helping us to resolve any outstanding problem.

The house was move-in ready when we took possession, it had all the light fixtures, landscaping and everything we needed was ‘part of the package’ – which made it an easy choice for us.

In addition, Ray Stuive has been our “go to” person for any major renovation we intend to pursue in the near future. As an example, we intend to extend the back deck and add a hot tub. Ray was the first and only person we sought advice/quote to get the job done, due the high quality of work and professionalism he and his company offer, we can’t imagine having any major work done by someone else.

We are very happy with our home purchase, and we sure recommend Ray Stuive and Lozen Development.
